Meet Ricardo
Ricardo Triana, PMP, PMI Fellow and PMOGA Fellow, is an independent consultant, international speaker and Project Management Advisor with UNOPS who works at the intersection of leadership, negotiation, organizational culture and strategy execution.
Across more than 30 years and 30 countries, Ricardo has advised governments, multilateral institutions, private-sector organizations and global associations. He served as PMI Global Chairman in 2014, Managing Director for Latin America and Global Head of Culture & Diversity.
A certified facilitator in communication, conflict management and leadership, Ricardo brings together executive governance and the human realities of change. His approach is grounded in experience: translate strategy into choices, culture into behaviors, competing interests into commitment and projects into results.
